This site is a not-for-profit project, devoted to reform of Russian law, courtesy of a man, Russian by nationality and lawyer by profession, who - being busy with his other affairs - can not, unfortunately, keep this site updated as often, as he would like. Following his specialization the site also focuses on civil and private law matters. Take note of the Russian-language section.

The latest major re-design was made in September 2009. From 2004 year a lot of changes could have been seen here. The guestbook, the web-conference and the blogging area appeared and vanished away. In 2009 the code was ultimately simplified in favor of static content and the site now utilizes a dedicated server - all for the better stability and the speed. This lets one concentrate more on the layout, which now more closely follows the strict design standards.
